Then click "Buy now" for the selected product and fill in the required information (in this step you will also have the opportunity to add other products). Check the entered information and make a payment with a bank card or other of the offered payment methods. After payment, you will be contacted shortly at the email address you provided.

Payment in the e-store is made via the Stripe platform using your chosen payment method.

If you chose to pay by bank transfer, an email with the bank invoice will be sent to you (usually within 24 hours). The item is usually shipped within 24 hours after the payment is received.

As standard, the product is delivered using DPD parcel lockers if ordered in Latvia or via Latvia Post outside Latvia.

If the item is delivered to a DPD parcel machine, it will be delivered to the nearest DPD parcel machine based on the address you specified or to the parcel machine of your choice. If the item is delivered via Latvia Post (to Europe), the item will be delivered either to the delivery address you specified or to the nearest post office (depending on the end delivery service provider in the specific country).

Delivery costs are indicated when completing the order and are also indicated on the prepayment invoice.

Yes. Just let us know how do you want your order to be delivered and we will organize it. Shipping cost will depend on the type of shipping you choose.

Yes, technically the product will be the same. Only difference may be the color tone - in real life it may look little bit different. Also keep in mind that 3D printed parts consist of many layers what gives them layered texture.

Minor imperfections such as small plastic residues or a difference in the color of a layer, etc., which do not affect the overall technical functionality of the instrument, are possible. The product is designed to be durable enough to fulfill its purpose.
